Father Tom Morgan
Dear Friends:
I recently was speaking with a family whose son graduated from our school and now attends one of our local Catholic high schools. I asked him how he was doing and he said that he was enjoying his new school and doing well. His mom shared with me that she thought our school had done an excellent job in preparing her son for high school. In addition, she mentioned that the friendship and support of her son’s classmates, which had been formed during his time at St. Lawrence Catholic School, had definitely made his transition easier.
We are proud of of our graduates and the students that attend our school and we are committed to: “educating for eternity and not just for the next grade.” This commitment manifests itself in our relentless desire to help our students develop as complete persons. We strive to help them recognize that they are sons and daughters of our Heavenly Father and disciples of Jesus Christ who are called to make the best use of the time and talents that God has given each of them. This leads our students to recognize that as part of Jesus’ Church they are called to build up the kingdom and make our world a better place. We are committed to helping our students be faithful to what God desires of them and in the process to help them fulfill His desire so often prayed in the “Lord’s Prayer”: “thy will be done.”
Respectfully yours in Christ,
Fr. Tom Morgan Pastor |
