Raising funds and giving of our time is an integral part of the continual improvement of our school, your child’s education, and the school community. In the interest of best sharing this responsibility, we have the Share Program. Membership in the Share Program is mandatory.

Your service commitment to the school is composed of two components, a financial component and a volunteer component. Each family can select the option that best meets their needs to reach their family’s minimum service commitment to our school.

Option A

  • Financial commitment: Fundraise to meet your $300 by the end of the school year. ($200 Single Parent Family) There is no initial up front financial contribution required. There will be fundraising opportunities available throughout the year such as: Raffle Sales, Gift Sales, Casino Night Admission/Sponsorship, etc.
  • Volunteer commitment: 20 Service Points Required (10 for Single Parent Family) e.g., Serve on a committee and earn up to 7 points. Work an event and earn 1 point for each 2-hour shift.

Option B

  • Financial commitment: $600 Contribution ($300 Single Parent Family) Payment due by August 31st, 2009.
  • Volunteer commitment: Volunteering is optional.

Trimester statements will be sent with report cards noting your current service commitment balances. All outstanding points are billed at $25 per point at the end of the school year. All accounts must be current for August admission and/or to receive transcripts for high school.
