We will continue to accept applications for enrollment for the 2010-2011 school year. Download these documents to start the application process and call the school office at 879-5090 for assistance and information.
These documents are also required:
- Custodial Documents (if applicable)
- Birth Certificate
- Baptismal Certificate
- First Communion and Penance (if applicable)
- Previous year’s standardized test scores (Grades 2 – 7)
- Previous and current year report cards (Grades 1 – 7)
Additional forms and immunization records are required upon acceptance.
Registration fees will only be refunded to students who are not accepted into St. Lawrence School.
*Teacher and Principal Recommendation Forms included in this document are required for students entering grades 1 – 7 only.
