Description: Mothers’ Prayer Group (MPG) is a community of women who help each other grow closer to God through prayer and scripture study. We support each other along the way through fellowship. Additionally, we help our community through service and raise funds through the Used Uniform Sales to subsidize various ministries at the parish and school.
Membership: Mothers and spiritual mothers from any parish or school are invited to attend. The only requirement is that women have a desire to learn the Catholic faith, read scripture, pray, and find fellowship with other Christian women.
Time Commitment: Ladies are encouraged to come to our gatherings each Wednesday during the school year, but they do not have to commit to attending all meetings to remain a member. We understand that as mothers we are all in different seasons of life.
Ministry Activities: Mothers’ Prayer Group offers members the opportunity to participate in the following: praying the Rosary, service projects, guest speaker presentations, Adoration, fellowship, and faith formation. *Continuing this year, we have a Traveling Mary Statue which will move to a new class at the school each week. During that week, we will be praying in a special way for that class and their intentions
Meeting Frequency & Location: New this year, we will be meeting on Wednesdays during the school year before Mass to pray the Rosary at 8:00 AM at the Statue of Mary on the Church grounds (or in the Bethlehem room of the church if weather does not permit).
About monthly there will be a special activity taking place so please join our email list to stay up to date, so you don’t miss out on anything!
